Apulia is a mostly plain region in southeastern Italy. Its low coast is broken by the mountains in the Gargano and in the north central part of the region. Apulia is one of the most interesting within the Italian regions because offers many attractions, most of them still anchored in the traditional local culture, amazing coast and endless entertainment.

ALBEROBELLO AND THE TRULLI
Trulli, generally constructed as dwellings or storehouse, are traditional Apulian stones houses with a conical roof. The style of construction is specific of Itria valley in the Murge area of Apulia region. The Trulli have been inscript in 1996 in the list of UNESCO world heritage
SALENTO
Salento represents the south-eastern part of Apulia and owns remarkable landscapes and environments.
LECCE 
It is an historic city commonly nicknamed "The Florence of the South" because of the reach Baroque architectural monuments found in the city. Lecce is the capital of the Salento because of its geographical position which looks out over both the Ionic and Adriatic Seas. We highly recommend a guided city tour to glimpse ancient history in a dynamic modern context.
GARGANO NATIONAL PARK
Gargano is a peninsula partly mountainous and partly covered by the remains of an ancient forest, Foresta Umbra. Gargano became national park in 1995 and offers different activities and itineraries beside to breathtaking landscapes.

Apulian cuisine is simple, rustic and cheerful. Apulia is Italy's breadbasket, so the Region supplies most of the durum wheat used throughout Italy to make pasta secca. Therefore pasta is the first pillar. Second place is taken by vegetables. The third pillar is olive oil and the forth and last one is the sea with its fresh seafood. Bread-rings, mussels and oysters are a must of this place. Vegetable bake, rice potatoes and mussels, fish soup are only few combinations of genuine natural ingredients.
