Description
CASA VIOLA is a classical farmhouse style, two storey villa situated in a perfect location between the Adriatic coast and Florence, on a hillside from which you can gaze across the beautiful LUTIARNO valley. The villa is part of the luxurious DIEGO ESTATE and in the past was a shepherd's house. In 2005 the building was completely renovated and given a total facelift. The state lies on the edge of the Foreste Cantines national park and is the perfect starting point for many long and relaxing walks in the heart of the Italian countryside.

The Interior
CASA VIOLA consists of two large accomodation which can be connected through an internal staircase: the ground floor unit and the first floor unit. Each floor of the CASA VIOLA is a completely separate unit and they can be rented separately. In this case the guests of each unit will share the use of BBQ and swimming pool. Each unit comprises 4 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large living room complete with romantic fireplace, a spacious and comfortable dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. There are also TV sat, DVD and laundry room. The first floor unit is divided into two levels and, in addition to the other rooms, also has a small veranda overlooking the grounds of the estate.

Facilities and included services
The villa has a cell phone available with pre paid card. In addition, there is a large swimming pool (opened from May 7 to September 24) with a towel replacement service, a tennis court, a golf course just a 20 minute drive away and mountain bikes for your use. Garden and pool are checked by the garden every day. Additional activities available include horse riding, pottery classes and a private chef to cook that special meal for you or teach you the secrets of Italian cuisine.  

The surrounding area
Just three kilometers from the villa is the charming village of TREDOZIO with shops, restaurants, coffee shops and the PALAZZO FANTINI cultural center where you can enjoy concerts and other activities. The Adriatic coast with its inviting beaches is just a 45 kilometer drive from the villa. Other places to visit include FAENZA, 30 Km. from the villa, Ravenna just a 50 Km. drive from the villa and FLORENCE, just over 70 Km. away.

Additional information
• Extra bed can be supplied for an extra of 150 euro
• Baby bed is available at an extra cost of 50 euro
  Final cleaning € 150 each unit
• Pets are allowed (60 euro) 
• Heating is not included and it will be charged according to the cost of the system in use
• If needed is possible to have extra pair of bed linen (10 euro) and extra sets of towels (5 euro)
• Extra cleaning available and advanced grocery shopping on request
• Late arrival between 8.00 pm and 9.30 pm is possible if we are given advanced notice (Euro 50).

Deposit: Euro 900 per unit during the winter and when the heating is requested, Euro 600 per unit the rest of the year.
