Description
CASA MAYA is set in the middle of a large estate on Toscana's "Wine Trail". The villa is in a secluded spot, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and groves of oak trees which make it the perfect spot for those looking for peace, tranquility and total privacy. The villa was recently underwent a complete renovation during which a barbeque area was added as well as a sauna, a swimming pool and pleasant verandas and balconies for you to sit, relax and enjoy the view.

The interior
CASA MAYA consists of a main house and a large dependence.
The main house measures 200 sqm and it is developed on two levels; on the grund floor there are a large charming living room with TV area, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and one guest bathroom. Three double bedrooms with private bathroom are located on the first floor.
The dependence is 180 sqm and is located just beside the house. It consists of a bright and spacious living room with fireplace, kitchen corner, double ensuite bedroom.

Facilities and included services
The villa is equipped with all the amenities necessary to make your stay totally luxurious. These include a sauna, a swimming pool (pool opened from May 7 to September 24), pool towels and satellite TV. In addition, your holiday includes a cleaning service three days a week for three hours, towels are changed on Wednesday and Saturday and we provide you with dinner on the day of your arrival. Final cleaning and AC in the bedrooms are included. We can also provide, for an extra charge, a private chef and wine tastings.  

The surrounding area
If you want to explore the countryside surrounding the villa, just a 20 kilometer drive away is a stable where you can hire some horses to take a pleasant ride through the natural beauty of the area. Alternatively, you can drive to one of the many beautiful towns and villages that are just a short distance from the villa. RADDA IN CHIANTI is 20 kilometers from the villa, SIENNA, ASCIANO E LE CRETE SENSI and AREZZO are just 25 kilometers away and FLORENCE is just a 50 kilometer drive from the villa.

Weekly prices & condition

 Arrive & Relax Package includes a
• catered dinner that the guests will find ready at the villa. The menu can fit vegetarian guests too. No changes are possible for the first night dinner. Basically it consists in: Pasta al forno, a vegetable tarte, salad and fruit salad. Bread water and wine are included.
• Basic grocery Shopping: Milk Coffee, tea, bread, biscuits, sugar, salt, water, fruit, eggs, oil, butter, jam, orange juice, cereals.
