DESCRIPTION
Casa Torakiki is a farmhouse divided into 8 very well refurbished apartments surrounded by 7000 square meters of land used for olive trees, gardens, swimming pool and a children’s play area. Casa Torakiki has a wonderfull view of Cortona, an ancient Etruscan town founded 3000 years ago. Casa Torakiki is also Art Gallery therefore offers to its guests the opportunity to enjoy original paintings inspired by the stunning views of Tuscany.

THE INTERIOR
Through an electronic gate is possible to enter the property. The garden is very well manteined and the apartments are comfortable and give privacy to each guest. Each apartment has living room and a fully equipe kitchen.
Apartment n. 1 measures 112 square mt. Can accommodate 5 guests in 2 large ensuite bedrooms.
Apartments n. 2, 5, 7 measures around 70 square meters and can accommodate up to 3 guests in one double bedroom, one bathroom and extra bed.
Apartments n. 3, 6 measures 150 and 115 square meters. Can accommodate up to 6 guests in 2 double ne suite bedrooms and one sofa bed.
Apartment n. 4 measures 77 square meters and accommodate 4 people in one double and one twin bedroom, one bathroom
Apartment n. 8, 50 square meter is romantic and suitable for a couple. It has a great view on Cortona and Chiana Valley.

FACILITIES AND INCLUDED SERVICES
Casa Torakiki offers a wide range of facilities to its guests: swimming pool and children’play area are at disposal of the clients, internet and Sky TV, DVD player are located in each apartment. Is possible to organize coking class, wine tasting, visit museums, visit abbeys hidden between the Tuscan's hills.

THE SURROUNDINGS
The town of Cortona, beautiful Etruscan old town, is considered to be a strategic location because is well connected to Arezzo and Siena. The small charming town like Montepulciano, Montalcino, Pienza are only few km away. Firenze is easily reachable by car and by train. Chianti area is not far at all. Cortona offers another advantage: to reach Umbria and visit the town of Perugia and Assisi, Trasimeno Lake driving through panoramic roads for short distances.

Weekly prices and condition

Additional information
• Prices must be intended per week per apartment. Durng Low and Mid Season is possible to stay less than one week
• Final clearing is charged only in case the apartment is left in not adequate condition
• AC is included
• Heating is not included and will be charged according to consumption
• Is required a minimum stay of 3 nights.

Security Deposit: € 200 per apartment to be paid on arrival. I twill be return on your departure after checking the house condition
