GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Located in the very heart of the lovely village of Ravello, immediately next to the Villa Rufolo, Casa Sandra is part of an elegant villa situated in a quiet, private position with magnificent views over the sea and the coast below. This attractive and independent studio flat has been recently renovated and tastefully decorated with beautiful green tiled floors; it also has a furnished garden area ideal for al fresco meals. Guests may also take advantage of a swimming pool, to be shared with the occupants of the 9 apartments situated in the same property, located two levels below, in a beautiful setting among Mediterranean pines.

THE INTERIOR
Entrance from the garden into a bright and very spacious, open plan studio (40 sqm) with a divider curtain between the double-bedded area and the sitting/dining area which has a kitchen corner with marble work top, sink, two gas rings and small fridge. Adjacent is a tastefully tiled bathroom with shower cubicle , WC, etc. The ambiance is cozy and intimate making it an ideal private retreat for any couple's privacy.

ACCESS & PARKING
The main entrance of the villa is situated only 2/3 min. easy walking from the town center. A flight of 45 stairs leads down to the garden. Parking is not included and car transit is prohibited. Car must be leaved in private parking. Please ask for prices information.

FACILITIES AND INCLUDED SERVICES
Guests of this studio can use the pool (opens from Apr 30 to October 29)shared among the other clients. AC is available in the house. A laundry service is available for a charge of Euro 7,00 for each washing (ironing is included). English speaking manager on call is available for clients requests.

THE SURROUNDING AREA
Shops, cafés, restaurants, etc. are a short walk away. The beaches are just a bus-ride away (20 min.), the blue SITA buses leaving every hour at the entrance to the tunnel outside the Garden Hotel. Main distances: Amalfi 5 Km , Minori 6 Km, Positano 22 Km , Salerno 29 Km, Sorrento 39 Km, Naples airport 65 km, Roma Airport 320 km. From Amalfi, boats and hydrofoils ply between Positano, Sorrento, Capri, Salerno, Napoli and Ischia (The services operate only during the spinning Summer season).

Security deposit: € 200 to be paid cash on arrival. Money will be returned after check-out.
