GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Situated 10 kms away from the cliffs of Amalfi along hairpin bends overlooking spectacular views, Furore  is named for the fury of the waves beating against its cliffs. It represents a rural escape, unspoilt by mass tourism and offers beautiful walking itineraries, breathtaking views, typical craftsmanship, mild climate, reclusive atmosphere and a superb cuisine excelling in delicious, local specialities. Casa Valeria  is a splendid three -story villa on the top of a steep mountain overlooking the sea. It is 200-square meter  big and it sleeps 8  people into 2 separate and beautifully appointed vacation houses, each   with comfortable indoor and outdoor living spaces. They can be rented either separately or together for a larger group of up to eight people. They share  a  private swimming-pool,  a large terrace and a garden, all with a  wide and splendid  view of the sea and of  the Amalfi  Coast.

THE INTERIOR
The house measures 100 sqm and has 80 sqm terrace placed at the entrance of the house and furnished with sun lounges, table chairs and offers a wonderfull view. Entrance is from the terrace into a large/dining living room furnished with  a dining table with chairs, a sofa with armchairs, a satellite television. Direct access to another terrace.Full equipped kitchen and one bathroom (shower). The main bedroom has a spacious  en-suite  bathroom, and accesses straight into the large terrace. The second double bedroom has  ensuite bathroom and direct access into the terrace.

THE ROOF TERRACE AND THE POOL: The terrace  is  roughly 290 sqm and offers  magnificent views of steep cliffs that dives into the sea, covered by  terraces on which  lemon trees  and vineyards  are grown . The terrace is partly shaded and has outdoor furnitures.  The pool measures 7X 5 mt and has an average depth of 2,50 mt. It opensa from May 7 to October 1.  The terrace  is  shared with the  guests staying at  the two apartments of the villa.You will reach it  along an external stairway of approximately  50 steps.

Access & Parking:  Casa Valeria   will be  accessed from the  street level  going up a  private walkway. The house is  50 steps  above street level. Parking is just in front of the house.

SURROUDING
This unspoiled village of scattered houses spread along the ridge of the Lattari mountains, right above the Amalfi drive cliffs, is the alternative to the well-known seaside resorts of the Amalfi Coast. The terraced vineyards that provide the production of its own wine “Furore doc” drop precipitously to the sea forming an impenetrable, deep rocky gorge, the most impressive natural feature along the Amalfi drive. There are several churches, chapels and ancient ruins, while the painted walls and the strange statues along the road capture everyone’s eyes for their modernity. Moreover, if you like hiking you will be able to easily reach the famous trail  called  Path of the Gods, the popular trekking route that begins from Agerola towards Positano that offers some of the most beautiful  mountain and sea sights  of the world. The centre  of the village of Furore is 1,5 km away and provides for  immediate provisions ( bars,  groceries , stop for the local bus  and post office) and just 5  minutes driving  from the house are two family restaurants.  The town of Agerola  is  10 mins drive from the village  and offers  a large selection of restaurants, bars, shops, banks and other amenities. Amalfi 8  Km, Ravello 16 km, Positano 25 Km.

• Final cleaning is not included. € 100 per week
• Maid service included 4 hours per week
• Electricity is included up to 70kwh. Each extra kwh will be payd on site for € 0,42 per KWH
• Is possible to require high chair, airport transfer, cook service, grocery shopping

Secutity deposit: € 300 to give cash. It will be returned on your check out if no damages occurred.
