Description
Set on top of a hill in the center of Tuscany, surrounded by fields of wheat and sunflowers, sits VILLA PAZZA. Built in 1866, the villa is a perfect example of how we imagine a Tuscan farmhouse should be. The spacious villa can accommodate up to 15 guests in 2 separate wings. The villa sits in an ideal location, between Pisa, Livorno and Florence, central to all the main attractions and points of interest. Put all of this together, and you have the perfect residence for large groups, either adults or families with children.

The Interior
VILLA PAZZA is divided between a main building of 450 Square meters and smaller, outbuilding. The main building was completely renovated and refurnished by the Villas owner, a young and talented architect, in a rustic, minimalistic but at the same time, sophisticated style. On the ground floor is a spacious living room, a dining room with a dining table that can seat 15 people, and a fully equipped, modern kitchen with a dish washer and other electrical appliances. The second floor of the main building has 6 bedrooms and 4 large bathrooms.

Dependance
This part of the Villa was recently refurbished by the owner who went to great lengths to preserve its original, rustic look. Next to the building is a garden with seating area that looks to the west with a spectacular view, especially at sunset.

The building includes, on the ground floor, one single bedroom with a private bathroom and direct access to the courtyard. The second floor includes an additional double bedroom with private bathroom. The building also has a kitchen on the ground floor with its own seating area and a fireplace.

Facilities and included service
VILLA PAZZA offers a peacfull landscape and fresh large swimming pool (opened from March 26 to October 22). Pool towels and a final cleaning service at the end of your stay are already included in the price. Cook service for lunch or dinner can be also required for an extra. The clients will find also a telephone (metered) and internet dial up connection.

The surrounding area
Tennis courts, riding stables, bicycle trails and skating courts can be found within just 2 kilometers of the Villa. In the village of Lorenzana, just a 2 Km. drive from the Villa, you will find pleasant coffee bars, shops, a drug store and a post office. Just a bit further, 20 Km. from the Villa, brings you to the seaside town of Livorno which is just a short distance from Tuscan resorts such as Castiglioncello and Quercianella, perfect for all those looking for good fish restaurants.
A 30 Km. drive from the Villa lie the towns of Montescudaio , Guardistallo and Pisa. Other cities within easy driving distance from the Villa include Volterra (55 Km.), Lucca (65 Km.), and Florence (80 Km.). Sienna is just 99 Km. away on the famousVolterranahighway – SS68 – with its natural, breathtaking views.

Deposit: for the main villa Euro 1350 during the winter and when heating is required, Euro 1000 during the rest of the year. 

For the dependance Euro 550 during the winter and when heating is required, Euro 650 during the rest of the year.
