Description
CASA MICHELA is an elegant farmhouse situated in the heart of the beautiful VAL D'ORCIA area. The house is situated in the grounds of a large estate surrounded by acres of vines, olive groves and oak trees. To get to the villa you walk along an 800 meter gravel path which helps give the villa a sense of splendid isolation that gives guests complete privacy. The villa was totally renovated just a short time ago and is now equipped with all the modern equipment and facilities necessary for you to have a totally relaxing holiday. You can enjoy the swimming pool or if you prefer, just sit and soak up the spectacular landscapes around the villa. Just 500 meters from the villa are the estates wine cellars where you can arrange a visit and see how the wine is produced.

The Interior
CASA MICHELA is a two storey villa covering 250 square meters. On the first floor is a spacious living room, tiles with traditional Terra-Cotta tiles with a fireplace for heating or to just sit close to and enjoy. There is also a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, a study with a television and audio system, and a double bedroom with toilet and shower. On the second floor there are an additional three double bedrooms: 2 bedrooms are en suite and one has the fireplace. There is also one more bedroom with a french bed. On the same floor there is one more bathroom, a fireplace for heating, satellite TV, mobile phone and a computer with a wireless internet connection. The villas courtyard has a barbeque area and a furnished gazebo for you to sit, have a meal or just relax.

Facilities and included services
As mentioned, guests at the villa have use of a computer with internet SAT connection, a pleasant and well kept courtyard and a private swimming pool open from May 14 to September 24 (towels included). Your stay at the villa also includes the vist of the owner'wine estate. Heating and final cleaning are included in the rental price. Bath linen changed on Wednesday. Cooking lessons, wine tasting sessions and meals prepared by a private chef are available should you wish, at an extra cost.

The surrounding area
In the area around the villa are many spots of outstanding natural beauty waiting for you to visit them. You will also find an abundance of old churches monasteries and castles each showing different aspects of the area history and culture. Just 20 kilometers from the villa likes the delightful hillside town of MONTALCINO, 23 kilometers away is the church of SAN QUIRICO D'ORCIA, 30 kilometers from the villa will bring you to the LE CRETE SENESI area and 32 kilometers away is the town of PIENZA. Just a bit further away you will find the towns of MONTEPULCIANO (43 kilometers), SIENA (57 kilometers), PERUGIA (112 kilometers) and FLORENCE (130 kilometers).

Weekly prices & condition

 Arrive & Relax Package includes a
• catered dinner that the guests will find ready at the villa. The menu can fit vegetarian guests too. No changes are possible for the first night dinner. Basically it consists in: Pasta al forno, a vegetable tarte, salad and fruit salad. Bread water and wine are included.
• Basic grocery Shopping: Milk Coffee, tea, bread, biscuits, sugar, salt, water, fruit, eggs, oil, butter, jam, orange juice, cereals.

Additional Information
• A baby's cot can be hired for an extra 100 Euro.
• Late arrival can be arranged with prior notice between 7 pm and 9 pm for an extra fee of 50 euro
• Unfortunately, children under 3 years old are not accepted
• A cleaning service and food deliveries can be arranged for an extra fee.
