Description
VILLA TITTY is a large villa with an especially beautiful view of the three magnificent bays of Lake Como,which is itself surrounded by high mountains. The villa was built in the middle of the 19th century in the heart of a large parkland area. Guests at the villa enjoy a large swimming pool (6x10 meters), private tennis courts and a private berth at the S. Maria Rezzonico harbor. The villas many advantages make it the ideal location for wedding, conferences, large gatherings and for a group of families on vacation together.

The Interior
The villa is divided into four separate floors. On the first floor is a large living room with a fireplace, a dining room, kitchen and bathroom. On the second floor you will find three bedrooms, each painted a different color. On the third floor, a large living room overlooking the lake and another two double bedrooms. On the fourth floor there are three double bedrooms with room for an additional two beds that can be provided for an additional fee.) Each of the bedrooms has an its own bathroom.

Facilities and included services
The rental price of this villa includes the cleaning service 3 hours per day, the final cleaning before vacating the property and bed and bath and bed linen change once during the week. Continental breakfast from Monday to Saturday is included (please note that this service on Sunday will cost you 11 euro extra per person). Cook service from Monday to Friday is included in the price and consists in a catered lunch and dinner with service:THE FOOD IS NOT INCLUDED (Please provide food deposit upon arrival 500 euro cash). For 2 weeks rental catered lunch and dinner will be also on Saturday. Air conditioning (only in the bedrooms) and heated are included. There is a heated pool opened from April 30 to September 24 and pool towels are available for the guests. Tennis court, tv Sat and internet ADSL WIFI are availbale for the guests. Arrive and relax package is included.

The surrounding area
The area around Lake Como is rich with many enjoyable activities and opportunities for pleasant and enjoyable trips. The range of activities available includes many different water sports, horse riding, golf courses and mountain bike hire.

If you are interested in exploring nature then you can walk around the lake and enjoy the rich vegetation and wide variety of plant life as well as the pleasant climate that the lake boasts for most of the year. It's also a well worth exploring the pleasant towns and villages in the lake area, all of which are characteristically Italian. Varenna, Tramezzo and Bellagio (about 30 kilometers from the villa) are considered the most beautiful in the area. Two other towns well worth visiting are Como (14 kilometers from the villa) with the magnificent San Fedele Cathedral and the town of Cernobbio where you can admire the grand Villa d'Este.

Arrive & Relax Package :
• catered dinner that the guests will find ready at the villa. The menu can fit vegetarian guests too. No changes are possible for the first night dinner. Basically it consists in: Pasta al forno, a vegetable tarte, salad and fruit salad. Bread water and wine are included.
• Basic grocery Shopping: Milk Coffee, tea, bread, biscuits, sugar, salt, water, fruit, eggs, oil, butter, jam, orange juice, cereals.
