Description
VILLA TERRA is a beautiful villa on the shores of Lake Como, just 400 meters from the waterline. You enter the villa via an attractive, well kept garden with a covered area suitable for meals outside in the open air. The villa is relatively escluded and guests can enjoy complete privacy.

The Interior
The villa covers 180 square meters spread over three separate floors. On the ground floor is the main entrance to the villa with a breathtaking view of Lake Como. Also on this floor are a delightful living room and a well equipped kitchen completely restored in 2008. In the lower floor there is a twin bedroom, one bathroom and laundry room. On the mezzanine there is the Green bedroom (no lake view). On the first floor of the villa there is the Yellow bedroom with french bed and esnuite bathroom with shower. The last Blue bedroom is located also on the first floor and has 2 twin beds (not joinable) and thsi room share the bathroom with the green bedroom.The bathroom is located half way and has Jacuzzi bath tub. Outside there is a beautiful covered loggia, fenced garden and above ground pool for children. 

Facilities and included services
The listed price includes the final cleaning service at the end of your stay, cleaning service on Monday and Wednesday, bath linen changed on Wednesday. Dishwasher and washing machine in the property. Private parking inside the property is available for the guests. Is possible to require a service of advanced grocery shopping.

The surrounding area
Guests at the villa can do their daily shopping in the village of Molevedo, just 400 meters from the villa and in the small town of Menaggio which is just six kilometers away. In addition, they can enjoy a wide variety of activities and relaxing excursions in the area around Lake Como. Activities include a wide variety of water sports, horse riding, golf and hiring mountain bikes. If you want to get out and explore the natural beauty of the area, you can walk around the lake and enjoy the rich vegetation and wide variety of plant life as well as the pleasant climate that the lake boasts for most of the year. It's also a well worth exploring the pleasant towns and villages in the lake area, all of which are characteristically Italian. Varenna, Tramezzo and Bellagio (about 30 kilometers from the villa) are considered the most beautiful in the area. Two other towns well worth visiting are Como (14 kilometers from the villa) with the magnificent San Fedele Cathedral and the town of Cernobbio where you can admire the grand Villa d'Este.
