Description
Villa Stella offers you the best there is in design, comfort and furnishings with unique furniture and all the facilities you could possibly want or imagine. Combine this together with a romantic veranda, the beautifully maintained garden, plentiful parking space and some of the most magnificent views you could ever imagine, and you have the perfect spot for the perfect vacation.
The villa itself is located just one and a half kilometers from the delightful village of San Giulio where you will find restaurants, coffee shops and shops and is the perfect spot to relax over a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

The interior
Villa Stella is a two storey building overlooking Lake Orta. The villa’s first floor includes a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. On the second floor there is a second living room with a large fire for heat in the winter, a dining room with a breathtaking view of the lake and another, smaller but fully equipped kitchen. Also on this floor are the two double bedrooms and an additional bathroom.

Facilities and included services
The new panoramic pool is open from May 28 to September 24. The guests will also have a parking for the car in the nearby town Orta San Giulio.

The surrounding area
Thanks to the areas lush vegetation, natural beauty, riveting history and artistic richness, Lake Orta has become the place for poets’, authors and artists to come and seek inspiration. Lake Orta lies to the east of Lake Maggior and the Mattarone Highway that reaches a height of 1385 meters, runs between them and allows guests to escape from the hustle and bustle of normal tourist sites if they wish, but still be close enough to enjoy the many activities available when they feel like it.
Lake Orta offers visitors clear blue waters, clean fresh air and a host of things to do: endless trails to wander through from the easy to the challenging, mountain bike trails, all kinds of water sports, golf and more. One trip that is highly recommended is a cruise around the lake with stops at some of the most amazing villas where you will learn about the history of some of the most unique villas that sit on the shores of the lake.

Weekly prices & Condition
Prices need to be intended per week for the entire villa and not per person

 Additional notes
• Baby bed is available at an extra cost of 100 euro.
• Please note that a 5th person is accepted in the sofa bed located on the ground floor for an extra of € 150.
• Arrival time has to be respect as the key holder does not live in Orta.
• Final cleaning is not included and will cost € 150
  Heating metered to be paid on site according to the usage
• Late arrival (between 7.00 and 9.00 pm) is possible providing advance notice is given (50 Euro).
