Villa Snoopy, together with Casa Charlie, Villa Ransie and Villa Popeye, belongs to the LOMBARDIA ESTATE developed on 61 acres uphill Varenna. All the property sleeps 31 people. It is important to know that all these properties share the same entrance, garden, passages, paths, tennis court and a brand new bowls green. In  this property lives also the family of the house keeper (4 people) and between 3 and 5 persons are working daily at the property (gardening, maintenance, pools cleaning etc). We think that this property is not suitable for those who are looking for absolute privacy. On the other hand we want to remind you that this property is huge therefore is easy to find many quite beatiful area.
Villa Snoopy offers one of the most panoramic views over the two branches of the lake including view of Bellagio. The views from the garden and from the pool is breathtaking. The villa accomodates 7 pax plus 2 mansards each sleeping 4 for a total of 15 people. It has private garden, panoramic pool and tennic court. It is a perfect place for a large group.

The interior
On the ground floor there are the entrance through a furnished patio that can be used as dining space. Small sitting room and kitchen with dining area.
First Floor: 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, 1 single bedroom (without door, open directly in the passage), 2 bathrooms.
On the last level there are two mansards each with independent entrance in the kitchenette, small sitting room, two double bedrooms and one bathroom. The masards are not rented separately from the main villa. A brand new hall has just been built beside the Villa and it will be used as dining room for the guests of this villa. Here there are living and dining area, SAT TV, ADSL line, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. We also inform you that the reception office is just beside the hall and it will be used for any check-in procedures
Please note that the housekeeper's family live in an independnet apartament in the basement of the property. While at the back of the house there is a part where the family of the owner lives when in residence. A nice small restaurant is 30 mt far from the villa, while alimentary shops are in Varenna, therefore a car is necessary.

Facilities and included services
The guests renting this property will have an easy access to a beautiful panoramic pool (opening May 29 – September 25) and towels are available. Extra maid service 2 hours on Tuesday and Thursday included. Tennis court is 500 mt away (tennis will cost 15 euro per hour during the day and 20 euro in the evening time). There is also TV sat and a cellular phone available if requested. ADSL internet access PC and printer will cost € 40 per week.

 
The surrounding area
Varenna is 10 minutes driving (shops, restaurantes, ferry and railroas station). Connection to Bellagio e Menaggio via ferry.
Milano 1 hour by train
Golf course in menaggio 15 min by ferry+10 min driving.

Prices need to be intended per week for all the property and not per person

Additional notes
• Final cleaning will cost an extra 80 euro. If rented all the units together Ransie, Charlie and Popeye the final cleaning will be 400 euro
• Baby bed is available at an extra cost of 100 euro
• On request small size pet are allowed for an extra of 60 euro
• Heating will be 5 euro per unit per day (price may increase)
• ADSL Internet access PC and printer included costs 40 euro per week and pc and printer are included
• In case of need please note that: extra set of bath towels 6 euro, extra set of bed linens 10 euro
• There are extra services available on request: cook service, cooking lesson, advanced grocery shopping, baby sitting, restaurant reservation, extra maid service 15 euro per hour
• Late arrival (between 7.00 and 9.00 pm) is possible providing advance notice is given (50 Euro).

Deposit: Euro 1200 for the main villa and euro 600 each mansard in the winter, Euro 1000 for the main villa and euro 500 each mansard for the rest of the year
