Casa Charlie, together with Villa Snoopy, Villa Ransie and Villa Popeye, belongs to the LOMBARDIA ESTATE developed on 61 acres uphill Varenna. All the property sleeps 31 people. It is important to know that all these properties share the same entrance, garden, passages, paths, tennis court and a brand new bowls green. In  this property lives also the family of the house keeper (4 people) and between 3 and 5 persons are working daily at the property (gardening, maintenance, pools cleaning etc). We think that this property is not suitable for those who are looking for absolute privacy. On the other hand we want to remind you that this property is huge therefore is easy to find many quite beatiful area.
Casa Charlie is a 160 sqm accomodation with garden located at the entrance of Robiliant property and it’s been recently restored and tastefully furnished.Casa Charlie can be connected to Villa Ransie through one of the double bedroom and the two rentals together can accomodate up to 14 people.

The interior
The Villa develops on 3 floors and all bedrooms are upstairs. On the garden level there are: hall accessed by a large patio, living room, a studio with WIFI internet access, TV sat and great lake view. Well equipped kitchen and WC.
Through a nice loggia you get the first floor with 2 double and 1 twin bedrooms. This last one gives access to one of the double room. Two bathrooms. Upstairs: 1 twin bedroom with lake view (each bed has an additional pull out bed which will be charged as extra bed. Please see the notes below).

Facilities and included services
The guests renting this property will have an easy access to a beautiful pool (opening May 28 – September 24) and towels are available. Tennis court is 500 mt away (tennis will cost 15 euro per hour during the day and 20 euro in the evening time). There is also a cellular phone available if pre- booked in advance. Extra cleaning service two hours on Tuesday and Thursday included.

The surrounding area
Varenna is 10 min driving (shops, restaurantes, ferry and railroas station). Connection to Bellagio e Menaggio via ferry.
Milano 1 hour by train
Golf course in Menaggio 15 min by ferry+10 min driving.

Weekly prices & Condition
The price is for the entire villa for one week and is not per person

Additional notes
• The listed price is for 8 people. 2 extra people need to be considered extra bed not included in the price. Each roll out bed costs € 150.
• Final cleaning will cost an extra 80 euro. If rented all the units togethere Ransie, Snoopy and Popeye the final cleaning will be 400 euro
• Baby bed is available at an extra cost of 100 euro
• On request small size pet are allowed for an extra of 60 euro and only if rented together with Ransie 
• Heating will be 5 euro per unit (price may increase)
• ADSL Internet access costs 40 euro per week and pc and printer are included
• In case of need please note that: extra set of bath towels 6 euro, extra set of bed linens 10 euro
• There are extra services available on request: cook service, cooking lesson, advanced grocery shopping, baby sitting, restaurant reservation, extra maid service 15 euro per hour
• Late arrival (between 7.00 and 9.00 pm) is possible providing advance notice is given (extra 50 Euro).

 Deposit: Euro 1200 for the winter, Euro 1000 for the rest of the year.
