Villa Popeye, together with Villa Snoopy, Villa Ransie and Casa Charlie, belongs to Lomabrdia Estate developed on 61 acres uphill Varenna.All the property sleeps 31 people. It is important to know that all these properties share the same entrance, garden, passages, paths, tennis court and a brand new bowls green. In  this property lives also the family of the house keeper (4 people) and between 3 and 5 persons are working daily at the property (gardening, maintenance, pools cleaning etc). We think that this property is not suitable for those who are looking for absolute privacy. On the other hand we want to remind you that this property is huge therefore is easy to find many quite beatiful area.
Villa Popeye measured 90 sqm and is tastefully furnished. Is a single family house and well behaved dog is welcome. Casa Pupa, casa Rosa and Selva are 150 mt away and on a different level.There is no lake view from Villa Popeye. The nice walk close to the tennis is equipped with benches providing open view of lake.

The interior
The house consists of one level therefore can be recommended to people with walking difficulties. One double bedroom, 1 twin, 1 bathroom. living room, kitchen. TV sat and BBQ and outside furnishing.

Facilities and included services
The villa is equipped with modern amenities and facilities.  These include satellite TV, a washing machine and central heating.  In addition, guests can enjoy a round of golf at the golf course in nearby Managgio or a game of tennis on the courts at the estate. Your stay at the villa includes a cleaning service twice a week for two hours. Guests can also request additional services such as a private chef, cooking lessons, delivery of produce from the local store, babysitting and restaurant reservations. A cell phone is available on request.

The surrounding area
The villa is just a 10 minute journey from the town of Varenna with its many shops and restaurants.  From the town, you can take a ferry that crosses the lake where you can visit the picturesque townships of Menaggio and Bellagio.  You can also take a train and visit towns and cities further away, such as Milan, which is only an hour’s journey from the villa.

PRICES AND CONDITION
Prices need to be intended per week for the entire villa and not per person

 Additional information
• Final cleaning will cost an extra 80 euro. If rented all the units together Snoppy, Charlie and Popeye the final cleaning will be 400 euro
• Baby bed is available at an extra cost of 100 euro
• On request small size pet are allowed for an extra of 60 euro
• Heating will be 5 euro per unit (price may increase)
• In case of need please note that: extra set of bath towels 6 euro, extra set of bed linens 10 euro
• There are extra services available on request: cook service, cooking lesson, advanced grocery shopping, baby sitting, restaurant reservation, extra maid service 15 euro per hour
• Late arrival (between 7.00 and 9.00 pm) is possible providing advance notice is given (50 Euro).

Deposit: Euro 600 for the winter, Euro 500 for the rest of the year.
