Villa Ransie, together with Villa Snoopy, Villa Popeye and Casa Charlie, belongs to the LOMBARDIA ESTATE developed on 61 acres uphill Varenna.All the property sleeps 31 people. It is important to know that all these properties share the same entrance, garden, passages, paths, tennis court and a brand new bowls green. In  this property lives also the family of the house keeper (4 people) and between 3 and 5 persons are working daily at the property (gardening, maintenance, pools cleaning etc). We think that this property is not suitable for those who are looking for absolute privacy. On the other hand we want to remind you that this property is huge therefore is easy to find many quite beatiful area.
Villa Ransie is a 80 sqm accomodation with terrace located in a house at the entrance of Robiliant Property. Above Villa Ransie there is Casa Charlie with its own entrance. guests of Villa Ransie cannot access the pool of Casa Charlie unless the units are rented together. The two units can be rented together or separately.Villa Ransie is a simple, restored accomodation. Because it has no access to the garden (reserved to Casa Charlie) and its terrace is close to the road, we suggest to rent it togeher with Casa Charlie (together they can accomodate up to 14 people).

The interior
Ground Floor: Terrace and small living room. Eat-in kitchen fully equipped, one master double bedroom and bathroom.
From the bathroom an additional upstairs double/twin bedroom is available. Please note that the access to this bedroom is only through the bathroom, therefore we suggest this house only for 2 people or for a family of 4. Not suitable for 2 couples. Villa Ransie can be connected to Casa Charlie through the bedroom upstairs.

Facilities and included services
The guests renting this property will have access to the pool (opening May 28 – September 24) only if Villa Ransie is rented together with Casa Charlie; in this case towels are available. Tennis court is 500 mt away (tennis will cost 15 euro per hour during the day and 20 euro in the evening time). There is also a cellular phone available if pre- booked in advance. Extra cleaning service two times a week.

The surrounding area
Varenna is 10 min driving (shops, restaurantes, ferry and railroas station). Connection to Bellagio e Menaggio via ferry.
Milano 1 hour by train
Golf course in Menaggio 15 min by ferry+10 min driving.

Weekly prices & Conditions

Additional information
• Final cleaning will cost an extra 80 euro. If rented all the units together Snoppy, Charlie and Popeye the final cleaning will be 400 euro
• Baby bed is available at an extra cost of 100 euro
• Small size pet are allowed for an extra of 60 euro only if this property is rented together with Casa Charlie
• Heating will be 5 euro per unit per day (price may increase)
• In case of need please note that: extra set of bath towels 6 euro, extra set of bed linens 10 euro
• There are extra services available on request: cook service, cooking lesson, advanced grocery shopping, baby sitting, restaurant reservation, extra maid service 15 euro per hour
• Late arrival (between 7.00 and 9.00 pm) is possible providing advance notice is given (50 Euro).

 
Deposit: Euro 600 for the winter, Euro 500 for the rest of the year
