Description
VILLA ADRIANA offers its guests a rare combination of alluring beauty, peacefulness and maximum comfort. The villa, built in the Middle Ages as a monastery, was recently renovated according to the highest, most modern standards. It is situated just a 20 minute drive from Florence surrounded by olive groves and vineyards that induce an atmosphere of reclusiveness and luxury.
The villa sits on a plot of 1000 square meters, and is 530 square meters in size. The pool is 112.5 square meters and the annex 40 square meters. In addition, the large courtyard has a barbeque area with a large table, making it an ideal spot for that special evening meal.

The Interior
Villa Adriana is divided into 2 levels and an annex. On the ground floor of the main building is a spacious living room with a sofa that opens out into an extra bed, a dining room with a table capable of seating 12 guests, and a modern, meticulously outfitted, kitchen. In addition, on the ground floor, there is a double bedroom, two bathrooms and a study with a sofa bed.
On the top floor of the villa are the main guest bedroom with a wood burning fireplace and four additional double bedrooms. All of the bedrooms have air conditioning and their own private bathrooms. The annex is a small, well designed building adjacent to the main villa, with space for another couple.

Facilities and included services
The villa includes a large swimming pool (openes from May 7 to September 24) and a luxurious Jacuzzi. Next to the pool there is a nice changing room with a bathroom with shower and a new well equipped fitness room! Your stay at the villa includes supper on your day of arrival (please order groceries before you arrive). For an extra charge, you can hire a chef to prepare meals, a laundry and ironing service, private transportation and even a baby sitter for the children. Cleaning service 3 hours per day and WIFI internet are also included. Sky TV, PC and printer are available for the guests. Bed and bath linens are changed one time during the week and pool towels are available for the clients.

The surrounding area
Just 5 minutes from the villa is the town of Mercatale Val di Pesa where you can visit the shops, have a pleasent meal at one of the many resturaunts or wander around the local market. 15 minutes from the villa is the town of Greve in Chianti and a 20 minute journey will bring you to the city of Florence. The city of San Gimignano is a 30 minute journey from the villa and Sienna just 50 minutes away.

Weekly prices & condition

 Arrive & Relax Package includes a
• catered dinner that the guests will find ready at the villa. The menu can fit vegetarian guests too. No changes are possible for the first night dinner. Basically it consists in: Pasta al forno, a vegetable tarte, salad and fruit salad. Bread water and wine are included.
• Basic grocery Shopping: Milk Coffee, tea, bread, biscuits, sugar, salt, water, fruit, eggs, oil, butter, jam, orange juice, cereals.

• Late arrival between 7.00 pm and 9.00 pm is possible if noticed in advance (Euro 50).
