Description
VILLA MARGOTA is a renovated farmhouse built around a tower of the 11th century with the best typical view of Tuscany.  Sitting outside you get an amazing picture of at the landscape around. Large garden, many facilities and the great location makes this house a great base for a real Tuscan holiday.

The interior
VILLA MARGOTA maintains its ancient structure although it’s been totally restored. It is built on three levels. On the ground floor there are one double bedroom with private bathroom, tv room, large and equipped kitchen and WC. 2 more double bedrooms (one with private bathroom), 1 single bedroom and an additional bathroom are located on the first floor. In the upper floor there is 1 double en-suite bedroom.

Facilities and included services
This property offers a quite and panoramic pool opened from May 7 to September 24 (clean towels are free of charge) and a big garden around to spend time exploring the nature. There is also a BBQ and all the bedrooms are provided with screen windows. Many shops are only 1 km far. If you are interested in other activities, you can go horse riding, playing golf, take pottery lessons or even have a private chef cook for you and teach you how to prepare genuine Italian dishes. This villa includes also a cleaning service 2 hours per day, gardner 5 days per week, the Arrive And Relax package.

The surrounding area

This Villa is located in a perfect position that offers both cultural and natural tours. Firenze and Siena are easily reachable in a day tour trip. There are also many options to explore the Chianti region or to visit charming villages like Volterra and San Gimignano. On the west side it is possibile to visit Pisa or spend a day in Versilia (Tuscan coast) on the beach.

 Weekly prices and condition

Arrive & Relax Package includes a
• catered dinner that the guests will find ready at the villa. The menu can fit vegetarian guests too. No changes are possible for the first night dinner. Basically it consists in: Pasta al forno, a vegetable tarte, salad and fruit salad. Bread water and wine are included.
• Basic grocery Shopping: Milk Coffee, tea, bread, biscuits, sugar, salt, water, fruit, eggs, oil, butter, jam, orange juice, cereals.

Additional notes
• A baby’s cot is available for an extra of 100 euro.
  Extra single bed in the dependance available for € 200 per week
• Final Cleaning is not included and it will cost euro 220 euro
• Internet WI FI connection Included (200 MB per day)
• Heating and AC are not included and they will be charged according to the metered costs using by the time
• Maid service 2 hours per day from Mon to Sat included, pool towels included

• Late arrival between 7.00 pm and 9.00 pm is possible if noticed in advance (Euro 50).
