Description
VILLA VENETA is an elegant eighteen century villa located in Asolo, north-east of Italy. Surrounded by a beautiful garden with large pool, represents a great location for both family reunions and weddings. One hour driving from the sea and from the Dolomites, it is also well connected with Venice, Verona and other important cities of this region. Villa Veneta develops on three floors and it can host from 8 up to 16 guests.

The interior
The house is developed on 3 levels, each one with independent entrance.
Villa Veneta 8 occupied the ground and the first floor, measures 800 sqm. The independent entrance from the garden leads to the ground floor formed by study room, two dining rooms, an half bathroom, kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, gas range, oven, freezer, cofee maker, laundry room), an additional bathroom. Through the stairs we reach the first floor with 1 double en suite bedroom, two twins (can be fitted as double) en suite bedrooms and the last twin en suite bedroom.
Villa Veneta 6, located on the second floor, owns its independent entrance from the rear of the villa and can accomodates 6 persons in 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are also large living room, dining table, fully equipped kitchen.
Villa Veneta 2 sleeps two guests in one room apartment (55 sqm and independent entrance) with one double bed, kitchenette ad bathroom. Inside the property there is place for 4 cars. The villa is not Air Conditioned but, in the summer time, there is a fans in each bedroom. Please note that the friendly owners' dog lives in the property.

Facilities and included services
The large swimming pool (7mt X 14 mt) will open from May 7 to September 24. Cleaning service two hours per day from Monday to Saturday is included only on Villa Veneta 8. Guests can book extra services not included in the price like: cook service, baby sitting, transfer, extra maid service and laundry. Please note that when Villa Veneta 8 is rented, is not possible to rent separately Villa Veneta 6 and Villa Veneta 2. We inform you that the owner residence is located inside the property between the gate and the villa. Privacy is guaranted. There are many activities to do in the area: golf course and horse riding are only 20 min. driving, quad, rafting and cayak between 30 and 40 minutes driving.

Additional notes

• Final cleaning is not included and will cost 200 euro (8 people), 250 euro (10 people) 300 euro (the whole villa)

• Extra bed is available for an extra cost of 150 euro
• Baby bed can be supplied for 100 euro extra
• Internet is available in Villa Veneta 8 and it will cost 40 euro per week.
• Pets are not  allowed
• Please note that guests are not allowed to smoke inside the house
• Late arrival between 7.00  and 9.00 pm is possible if pre-arranged before (50 euro extra)

Deposit: during the winter time or when heating are needed euro 900 (8 people), euro 1200 (for more than 8 people): in the summer time euro 700 (8 people), euro 1000 (for more than 10 people).
